Is The NBA Finals Going to Be a Rematch?

Sports fans are already betting on which teams will meet in the NBA Finals, but the only side that has any variety is the Western Conference. In reality, the Western Conference playoffs this season should be mandatory viewing for basketball fans all over the world. The teams in the west are still battling for position and the betting sites cannot wait to see what happens when all of these talented teams collide in the playoffs.

As the season winds down, the odds on who will win it all in the NBA continue to shift. Let’s take a look at the top teams from each conference and see what teams we should expect to see in the NBA Finals and what kind of outcome we can expect.

Miami Heat

This will be your NBA Eastern Conference champion this season. The online casino players are trying to keep an open mind, but there just isn’t a team in the east that can touch the Miami Heat. When the season started, there were experts who were questioning whether or not Miami would even make the playoffs this season. But after racking up a string of wins that never seems to end and dominating every team in the east, the Heat have earned the right to be called the odds-on favorite to win it all.

Indiana Pacers

If a team in the east is going to stop the Heat, it will be the Indiana Pacers. Indiana has quickly evolved from a young team on the rise to a team to watch this season. A 5 dimes review of Indiana’s season shows that it is the only team in the east, besides Miami, to have at least 40 wins at this point in the season. This is a good basketball team that should be a large thorn in Miami’s side next season, provided nothing happens to dismantle the team in the offseason.

San Antonio Spurs

Once again, this team of cagy, old veterans is the best team in basketball. It is hard to imagine how these guys keep playing at such a high level, but they do it year after year. But the late-season injury to Tony Parker could play a large role in just how far San Antonio goes this season.

Oklahoma City Thunder

The Thunder are hot on the heels of the Spurs in the Western Conference and will meet San Antonio in the Western Conference finals again this season. This OKC team is older, wiser and much more focused than last year’s team, which means a familiar result in the conference final and a much more competitive NBA Finals this season.

NBA FINALS: Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Miami Heat

There will be a lot of good reasons to watch this series, but the biggest reason will be because it will simply feature the best players in all of basketball. The Thunder will give it the best it can this year but, for the second year in a row, the Thunder will fall just short.

Pick: Miami Heat in six games
