2009-2010 Central Michigan Season Preview
Ernie Zeigler’s group was a strange bunch that often played well enough for 35 minutes but couldn’t close the deal. He loses two starters, including second leading scorer Marcus Van. Now we will find out if all those close losses have helped the team become tougher mentally. The backcourt of Jordan Bitzer and Robbie Harman is as good as any in the league and while Chris Kellermann could pick up a few more rebounds, he can drill it from long range. There is plenty of opportunity for freshmen to make an impact after Jacolby Hardiman and four key reserves decided to leave the program, leaving the Chippewas short on experienced depth.
