2010-2011 Central Michigan Season Preview

It must be nice to sign one of the nation’s top prep guard~ without ever leaving your home. That’s exactly what Ernie Ziegler did when he landed his son, Trey, a top-30 recruit and arguably the best freshman to ever sign with a MAC school. The question is, how well will Trey fit in with the defending West Division champions with five seniors on the roster? The most experienced backcourt returnee is Antonio Weary, who made 22 starts. Guard Amir Rashid came off the bench to play an average of 20 minutes. Big man William McClure collected 39 blocks, while swingman Jalin Thomas made 23 starts.
