2009-2010 Detroit Season Preview

Rebuilding the roster is what the season will be about, although coach Ray McCallum has some building bLocks with four starters back, including 6-7 Thomas Kennedy, who averaged 11.6 points per game a year ago. Xavier Keeling, back from injury, averaged 12.4 points in the final seven games, and redshirts Eli Holman (6-9) and Chase Simon (6-5) are ready to go and may be the team’s best players. An 11-day, five-game exhibition tour of Spain will help mold the club as it tries to climb out of the Horizon League basement.
