2010-2011 Eastern Washington Season Preview
Kirk Earlywine got a year’s extension despite failing to make the Big Sky Tournament for a third consecutive season, but the clock is ticking – Loudly. The key is marrying his three holdover skeeterbug guards – led by Glen Dean, one of the Sky’s more underrated players – with an influx of new frontliners in the 6-7 range. Expected to carry the biggest load is Tremayne Johnson, but Jaylen Henry and Cliff Ederain must produce, too. The guards wreak a lot of havoc and make a lot of 3-pointers, but this needs to be a better defensive team at all positions.
