2009-2010 Idaho State Season Preview

Success for ISU has been extremely difficult to come by. The Bengals have posted just one winning season in the past 11 years, and even that was only 15-14. Their last NCAA Tournament appearance? That was in 1987 – some current players were not even born then. So last year’s 13-19 mark wasn’t that bad considering ISU finished fourth in the conference and won a game in the Big Sky Tournament, and did so despite losing four overtime games during the season. The Bengals have one of the league’s top players returning in talented senior guard Amorrow Morgan, a first-team all-conference pick last season. He might even have enough help to get ISU above the .500 mark this season.
