2010-2011 Kent State Season Preview

Last season was a major disappointment for the Golden Flashes who were ousted early in the conference tournament after earning the top seed. It was a puzzling ending to what appeared to be a promising run through March. But so what if Kent State has only two starters back? Go ahead and bet against the Flashes winning 20 games and finishing outside the top half of the league. Chances are that’s a losing proposition. The returning starters – Justin Greene and Rodriguez Sherman – are All-MAC caliber players and will get more good looks with Randal Holt taking over at the point.
