2010-2011 Miami Ohio Season Preview

The Red Hawks return three starters and 10 of 13 players, but lose the player who ran the show: Kenny Hayes. Hayes started 71 games and the offense was always secure. But Miami has one of the top post players in the MAC in forward Julian Mavunga. Swingman Antonio Ballard and forward Nick Winbush will be the core of the senior leadership as returning starters. Hayes’ replacement is Allen Roberts, who is ready to build off his strong freshman season. Coach Charlie Coles promises to pack the early portion of the schedule with tough opponents who will prepare the RedHawks for a nice run when the MAC schedule rolls around.
