2009-2010 Northern Arizona Season Preview
The Lumberjacks suffered through an uncharacteristic 2008-09 as they failed to reach the postseason. In coach Mike Adras’ 10 seasons in Flagstaff, eight squads have at least reached the conference tournament, if not the NCAA or NIT. Things could return to normaL this year as NAU’s top returning scorer, Cameron Jones, has help after Adras loaded up on the recruiting trail. However, there are still more questions than answers; the Jacks have to find an answer for graduated veteran guard Josh Wilson and some legitimate big men to rebound and defend inside. Adras has nine new players/redshirts, so someone needs to emerge.
