2009-2010 Southeast Missouri State Season Preview

Southeast Missouri State starts over with Dickie Nutt as coach. Part of the Nutt family coaching clan, Dickie had been at Arkansas State for decades as both an assistant and head coach. Nutt replaces Scott Edgar, who left the program in scandal, and has only four returning players. Nutt comes into a program that didn’t win a game in the Ohio Valley Conference under interim coach Zac Roman. He looks to rebuild in Cape Girardeau with a team that has a strong Arkansas flavor, as four newcomers all pLayed their prep ball in the Natural State, including Nutt’s son, Lucas, who was an all-state performer.
