2009-2010 Toledo Season Preview
The Rockets’ 2008-09 campaign was yet another example of how the MAC can be cruel to first year coaches. The seven-win season, however, was a little surprising considering the experience that remained from the Stan Joplin era. But help is on the way for Gene Cross, who signed more than enough talent for the Rockets to at least reach double-digits in the win column. Big man Justin Anyijong is the best among the returners. Mohamed Lo will be asked to contribute more, and some of the newcomers will have to mature quickly. Hayden Humes and Jordan Dressler will likely see playing time right away.
