vs.

#21 Auburn at Clemson (-3) – 12:00 PM ET on ABC

Auburn will try for its 17th straight win on Saturday when they take on Clemson in an early afternoon game. Are you impressed with Clemson’s 2-0 start? Me neither! Troy and Wofford are hardly top tier competition. Auburn looked good last week and if they can beat #16 Mississippi State, Clemson shouldn’t be a problem.

Prediction: Auburn +3Bet Now

Odds: Auburn: +3 – Clemson: -3 Over/Under: 61

vs.

#18 West Virginia at Maryland (-1) – 12:00 PM ET on ESPNU

Two great offenses and two heated rivals renew acquaintances on Saturday when West Virginia travels to Maryland. In a close game, look for the stout West Virginia defense to be the difference. Quarterback Geno Smith should also have a decent afternoon as well. West Virginia has won five straight against Maryland and should make it six on Saturday.

Prediction: West Virginia +1Bet Now

Odds: West Virginia: +1 – Maryland: -1 Over/Under: 58

vs.

Kansas at Georgia Tech (-14 1/2) – 12:30 PM on ESPN3.com

Georgia Tech. was embarrassed when they visited Kansas last year. You can bet that revenge will be the order of the day. The Jackets have looked very good so far this season and should notch an easy home win this Saturday.

Prediction: Georgia Tech -14.5Bet Now

Odds: Kansas: +14.5 – Georgia Tech : -14.5 Over/Under: 61

vs.

Duke at Boston College (-7) – 12:30 PM ET on ESPN3.com

It’s true that Duke has lost both of their games this year but they are a team that appears on the surface to be headed in the right direction. Boston College on the other hand, is a total mess. With another Coach out of the fold and with injuries mounting, Boston College will be humbled on Saturday.

Prediction: Duke +7Bet Now

Odds: Duke: +7 – Boston College: -7 Over/Under: 47

vs.

Virginia at North Carolina (-10) – 3:30 PM ET on ESPNU

Both of these teams have shown a propensity for mistakes. North Carolina had five turnovers last week versus Rutgers. I like North Carolina to win but in a close defensive struggle. Virginia should be able to cover the 10 points however!

Prediction: Virginia +10Bet Now

Odds: Virginia: +10 – North Carolina: -10 Over/Under: 48.5

vs.

Arkansas State at #13 Virginia Tech (-24) – 4:00 PM ET on ESPN3.com

This will be a walk in the park for Virginia Tech as they work out a few kinks on offense and defense. Although Arkansas State destroyed Memphis last week, they are out of their league this week.

Prediction: Virginia Tech -24Bet Now

Odds: Virginia Tech: -24 – Arkansas State: +24 Over/Under: 53

vs.

South Alabama at North Carolina State – 6:00 PM ET on ESPN3.com

This should be a laugher for North Carolina State who are in need of a bounce back game after the Wake Forest affair. South Alabama is completely outclassed in this one.

Prediction: North Carolina State – Bet Now

vs.

Gardner-Webb at Wake Forest – 6:30 PM ET on ESPN3.com

There is absolutely no doubt who the superior team in this contest is, despite the potential absence of WR Michael Camparano. Wake Forest in a walk!

Prediction: Wake Forest – Bet Now

vs.

#17 Ohio State at Miami (FL) – 7:30 PM ET on ESPN

This game is all about suspensions. Ohio State is consumed by players having to sit out while Miami will get a few suspended players back; one being QB Jacory Harris. Take Miami (FL) in this one in a close and unimaginable result.

Prediction: Miami – -2.5Bet Now

Odds: Miami: -2.5 – Ohio State: +2.5 Over/Under: 46.5

vs.

#1 Oklahoma (-3) at #5 Florida State – 8:00 PM ET on ABC

In the marquee matchup of Week 3, Oklahoma travels to Florida State to try to put a second straight lickin’ on the Seminoles. Florida State has a good crop of young talent and a stellar defense but the experience and explosive passing game of the Sooners will be too much. Florida State is good but they may just be a year away.

Prediction: Oklahoma -3Bet Now

Odds: Oklahoma: -3 – Florida State: +3 Over/Under: 55
