vs.

#3 Oklahoma vs #11 Texas – 12:00 PM ET on ABC

This is finally the game – the big game – where Oklahoma quarterback Landry Jones doesn’t absolutely pee down his leg when he feels pressure. In the past, the Sooners’ junior quarterback and Heisman Trophy contender hasn’t been his best in the clutch. He exorcises those demons against the Longhorns.

Prediction: Oklahoma – Bet Now

Odds: Oklahoma: -10 – Texas: +10 Over/Under: 57.5

vs.

Missouri @ #20 Kansas State – 3:30 PM ET on ABC

Kansas State burst into the Top 25 this week after last week’s thrilling win over then-No. 15 Baylor. If you thought the Wildcats were up for Robert Griffin III, imagine what they’ll be like for the flaky, SEC-flirting Tigers and on a down year for Missouri at that. These two schools have a legitimate rivalry that flies under the radar a lot of the time. Manhattan will be rocking behind golden-boy quarterback Collin Klein, who gets better every week, and linebacker Arthur Brown, who is developing into one of the nation’s premiere defensive players.

Prediction: Kansas State – Bet Now

Odds: Kansas State: +3.5 – Missouri: -3.5 Over/Under: 56.5

vs.

Kansas @ #6 Oklahoma State – 3:30 PM ET

What stinks? It’s the Jayhawks’ defense. Kansas is giving up an insane amount of offense to WHOEVER it plays and Oklahoma State has one of the most potent attacks in the country. That being said, Kansas actually has a competent offense of its own … they’re just not capable of scoring the 50-plus points they would need to actually start winning games.

Prediction: Oklahoma State – Bet Now

Odds: Oklahoma State: -31 – Kansas: +31 Over/Under: 73.5

vs.

Iowa State @ #25 Baylor – 7:00 PM ET

Trap game for the Bears after a disheartening loss at Kansas State last week in which Baylor coach Art Briles tried to protect Baylor’s lead … for the entire second half. You can assume he’s learned from his mistakes and will never try to put the reins on quarterback Robert Griffin III again. Let RG3 loose last week and they beat the Wildcats, do it here and it’s a blowout.

Prediction: Baylor – Bet Now

Odds: Baylor: -6 – Iowa State: +6 Over/Under: 61.5

vs.

#24 Texas A&M @ Texas Tech – 7:00 PM ET

No team in the country is reeling like the Aggies right now after blowing huge, late-game leads in back-to-back weeks against back-to-back ranked teams. Their deconstruction in the second half against both Oklahoma State and Arkansas was really something to behold … two games they should have won and that would have propelled them into the national championship picture. Instead, they’re wondering what is happening to their season and if their incompetent coach, Mike Sherman, has any idea how to win in a place like Lubbock, where the fans will be out for blood. Goodbye, Big 12. Goodbye, rankings.

Prediction: Texas Tech – Bet Now

Odds: Texas Tech: +9 – Texas A&M: -9 Over/Under: 71.5
