Sixth-ranked Oklahoma State gets a chance to show the country it’s a true, BCS title contender with an afternoon matchup at No. 22 Texas on ABC. The Cowboys’ offense is really something to behold, so if you haven’t got a chance to watch Brandon Weeden & Co. yet this year, here’s your shot. Later Saturday, if you’ve been drinking heavily, go ahead and tune into OU-Kansas on ESPN2. You’ll get to see another national-title contender, although the Sooners are playing arguably the worst team in all of major-college football. vs.

#20 Baylor @ #21 Texas A&M – 12:00 PM ET

Texas A&M’s stunning descent from the top of the rankings was spared for a week after the Aggies gutted out a win over Texas Tech last Saturday, but the Bears are a different monster. Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III is still kicking himself over the loss to Kansas State three weeks ago – their only loss so far – and it was because coach Art Briles tried to protect the lead for the second half, essentially putting the reins on RG3. That won’t happen again this season, and when this guy gets unleashed on a team he’s impossible to stop.

Prediction: Baylor – Bet Now

Odds: Baylor: +9 – Texas A&M: -9 Over/Under: 76.5

vs.

Iowa State @ Missouri – 2:00 PM ET

This game isn’t in Columbia and the Cyclones actually have a shot. But Faurot Field is such a great advantage for the Tigers that lesser/evenly matched opponents have little shot when they show up. Missouri played really, really average last week in a loss at Kansas State and now find themselves just playing a game between two teams just hoping to become bowl eligible.

Prediction: Missouri – Bet Now

Odds: Iowa State: +14.5 – Missouri: -14.5 Over/Under: 55

vs.

#6 Oklahoma State @ #22 Texas – 3:30 PM ET on ABC

If the Cowboys have legitimate BCS hopes, this is a game they have to win. On paper, Oklahoma Stat wins this game in a rout, but that doesn’t take into account the massive amount of Texas players on the OSU roster that are getting to play in Austin for the first time. If coach Mike Gundy can calm his team’s nerves, they should win this game easily. Longhorns HAVE to still be reeling from the 55-17 beatdown Oklahoma laid on them last weekend.

Prediction: Oklahoma State – Bet Now

Odds: Oklahoma State: -7.5 – Texas: +7.5 Over/Under: 64.5

vs.

#17 Kansas State @ Texas Tech – 7:00 PM ET

Once again, the Wildcats are underdogs. Despite their ranking and undefeated record, Kansas State continues to have doubters … and that is exactly how they like it. While this will be by far the most hostile road environment the Wildcats have played in, they’re well-equipped to face a stud quarterback like Seth Doege, having already got the best of Miami’s Jacory Harris and Baylor’s Robert Griffin III.

Prediction: Kansas State – Bet Now

Odds: Kansas State: +3.5 – Texas Tech: -3.5 Over/Under: 60

vs.

#3 Oklahoma @ Kansas – 9:15 PM ET on ESPN2

The only question here is will the Sooners’ cover the 35-point spread? Yes, Kansas is terrible, but their offense isn’t bad. They’re scoring between 28-35 points per game … the only problem is their defense is giving up upwards of 60 every time they strap it up. Another thing to keep in mind is Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops is a close friend of Mark Mangino, the coach Kansas ousted to bring in Turner Gill. He’s been openly talking smack about the move all week and will relish the chance to try and put 70 on the Jayhawks.

Prediction: Oklahoma – Bet Now

Odds: Oklahoma: -35.5 – Kansas: +35.5 Over/Under: 72
