If there were any lingering doubts about Alabama being the top team in the country they were erased after the Crimson Tide (5-0) completely dismantled then-No.7 Florida 31-6 last Saturday night. Behind two Mark Ingram rushing touchdowns, the Tide built a 24-3 lead by halftime and then coasted to the one-sided victory over the Gators (4-1).

No. 10 Auburn and No. 12 LSU also remained undefeated on the year with wins on Saturday. Auburn (5-0) rolled over Louisiana-Monroe 52-3 as a 35 point home favorite and LSU squeaked out a 16-14 win over Tennessee as a 16 ½ point home favorite.

vs.

Tennessee @ Georgia – 12:21 PM ET

Tennessee comes into this game 2-3 both straight-up and against the spread with losses to Oregon, Florida, and LSU. Georgia is a disappointing 1-4 SU and ATS including losses to South Carolina and Arkansas. Both these teams are battle-tested and evenly matched. The Vols have covered in five of the last six meetings and find a way to keep this one close too.

Prediction: Tennessee +11.5Bet Now

Odds: Tennessee: +11.5 – Georgia: -11.5 Over/Under: 48

vs.

#11 Arkansas vs Texas A&M – 3:30 PM ET on ABC

Arkansas (3-1) is still kicking itself over its 24-20 loss to Alabama in a game it controlled until late in the fourth quarter. This matchup should be an aerial extravaganza with the Razorbacks second ranked passing offense going up against the Aggies fifth ranked passing offense. Arkansas gets the better of this one as QB Ryan Mallett atones for his performance against the Tide.

Prediction: Arkansas -6Bet Now

Odds: Arkansas: -6 – Texas A&M: +6 Over/Under: 61.5

vs.

#1 Alabama @ #19 South Carolina – 3:30 PM ET

Alabama has to be a bit weary after back-to-back wins over a then-top 10 opponents. South Carolina (3-1) has had two weeks to prepare since its loss to Auburn and should be ready for this one. The Crimson Tide is 9-3 ATS in their last 12 road games, but could be in for a tight battle against a solid Gamecock ballclub.

Prediction: South Carolina +7Bet Now

Odds: Alabama: -7 – South Carolina: +7 Over/Under: 48

vs.

Eastern Michigan @ Vanderbilt – 7:00 PM ET on ESPNU

Eastern Michigan (0-5) out of the MAC has not won since the final game of the 2008 season but is 3-3 ATS in its last six games. Vanderbilt was destroyed by Connecticut 40-21 as an 8 ½ point road underdog last week. The Commodores extend the Eagles losing streak but it will not be easy.

Prediction: Eastern Michigan +26Bet Now

Odds: Eastern Michigan: +26 – Vanderbilt: -26 Over/Under: 53

vs.

#12 LSU @ #14 Florida – 7:30 PM ET on ESPN

This is a golden opportunity for LSU (5-0) to grab a win or at the very least keep it close against a Florida team that is still trying to figure out what happened in last week’s 31-6 beatdown at the hands of Alabama. Head-to head, the road team is 7-2 ATS in their last nine meetings.

Prediction: LSU +6.5Bet Now

Odds: LSU: +6.5 – Florida: -6.5 Over/Under: NA

vs.

#8 Auburn @ Kentucky – 7:30 PM ET on ESPN2

Auburn (5-0) still has a legitimate shot at an SEC championship but needs to be careful it does not look past Kentucky in anticipation of next week’s showdown against Arkansas. With last year’s 21-14 upset loss to the Wildcats (3-2) as a reminder of this fact, the Tigers take care of business on Saturday.

Prediction: Auburn -6Bet Now

Odds: Auburn: -6 – Kentucky: +6 Over/Under: 58

vs.

Mississippi State @ Houston – 8:00 PM ET

Mississippi State (3-2) has struggled against the better teams it has faced this season and will have its hands full with Houston (3-1) on the road. The Bulldogs are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 road games, while the Cougars are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 home games.

Prediction: Houston +5Bet Now

Odds: Mississippi State : -5 – Houston: +5 Over/Under: 56
