vs.

Vanderbilt @ Georgia – 12:00 PM ET on ESPN3.com

Vanderbilt comes into this game 2-3 straight-up and 3-2 against the spread, while Georgia has stumbled badly out of the gate and is 2-4 both SU and ATS. The Commodores have lost nine out of the last 10 games to the Bulldogs SU but are 5-5 ATS. They are actually 4-1 ATS in the last five games. Georgia should get the outright win, but will be pressed to cover such a large spread against a much improved Vanderbilt team.

Prediction: Vanderbilt +16Bet Now

Odds: Vanderbilt: +16 – Georgia: -16 Over/Under: 48.5

vs.

Arkansas has won three out of the last four ATS as an underdog and it does it again on Saturday.

#10 South Carolina @ Kentucky – 6:00 PM ET on ESPN2

It is hard to imagine how South Carolina does not suffer a letdown on the road after last week’s big upset, but the Gamecocks are 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS in their last five games against Kentucky. It will also be interesting to see how the Wildcats bounce back from their heartbreaking loss to Auburn. The old ball coach Steve Spurrier will once again have his South Carolina team ready to go.

Florida desperately needs a big win to get back on track after a couple of rough weeks. The Gators are also 4-2 SU and 3-3 ATS. vs.

McNeese State @ #9 LSU – 7:00 PM ET on ESPN3.com

McNeese State, out of the IAA Southland Conference comes into this game 2-3 overall. LSU, looking to schedule a breather in the middle of a brutal SEC schedule does itself a huge favor by adding the Cowboys right before the huge showdown with Auburn. The Tigers are 6-0 SU but just 3-3 ATS. Even if they do not bring their A game, they roll in a complete mismatch.

Prediction: LSU -39.5Bet Now

Odds: McNeese State: +39.5 – LSU: -39.5 Over/Under: NA

vs.

Mississippi @ #8 Alabama – 9:00 PM ET on ESPN2

Mississippi has had a challenging season so far with losses to Jacksonville State and Vanderbilt. The Rebels are 3-2 SU and 2-3 ATS. Alabama will be looking to get the bitter taste of defeat out of its mouth at the expense of a very average Ole Miss team. This one gets ugly early as the Crimson Tide makes a statement by winning this game by four or five touchdowns.

I think your article was actually a solid kick off to a potential series of write ups about this topic. So many writers pretend to know what they’re talking about when it comes to this area and in reality, hardly anyone actually get it. You seem to grasp it though, so I think you should run with it. Thanks a lot!
