The Huskies can become bowl eligible with a win in this year’s edition of the Apple Cup at Washington State.

The Huskies snapped their three-game losing skid with back-to-back wins over UCLA and Cal while the Cougars are hoping to play spoilers and maybe for coach Paul Wulff’s long term employment status.

The Cougs have had three weeks off since their win over Oregon State and plenty enough time to scheme a plan for Washington’s demise. With the improvements leading up to the Cougars win over OS, their chances of an upset seem very plausible.

However, with Locker back in the lineup, I think the Huskies are the straight up choice in this one.
