The Raiders continue to impress having won two straight by large margins. The offense seems to be running on all cylinders, and has performed well enough as of late to relieve pressure on the defense.

They still can guard against the pass, but still have trouble stopping the oppositions run.

They are making good use of a quarterback tandem of Campbell and Gradowski, which have combined for 10 touchdowns this far. Though RB Darren McFadden may be the biggest weapon in Oakland’s arsenal, change of pace back Michael Bush has just as many touchdowns and makes completes the Raider’s No. 2 rushing attack. While the offense isn’t as good as it’s been the last few games, it is strong enough to propel the team to a few more wins.

As for the Chiefs, they are riding on the solid play of their running backs, as they lead  the NFL in rushing. Charles and Jones have been good, but if one goes down so will the Chiefs. The defense is good, but has trouble in the secondary. You can also argue their wins came against weak teams for the most part, but as we’ve seen this season, all games are up for grabs.

The Chiefs are solid if unspectacular, but Oakland has been on a roll making them hard to bet against.

The odds makers have the Oakland Raiders as a -2.5 point favorite with an over/under of 40.5.
