Eli Manning is having enough success to make up for the fact that he’s the only Manning playing. In the last two games, Manning has led his team to fourth-quarter comebacks. What is scary though, is that the team needed him to head a surge in the final period of play to beat the Arizona Cardinals, but that’s besides the fact.

Throwing the rock for the Seattle Seahawks is the great Tavaris Jackson (sarcasm, yes?). Jackson has been the biggest contributor to the team’s 1-3 record in 2011, instead of being what they signed him for, which was to be a facilitator of the offense, much like Jason Campbell is for the Oakland Raiders.

Seattle’s offense has been hard to watch so far, and they have averaged just over 14 points per game. That can be credited to the offensive line.

The team’s best offensive lineman is Russell Okung, but he has been a bit of a disappointment so far in 2011, and has committed far too many penalties to be considered an elite left tackle.

The Giants, on the other hand, have had an offensive resurgence in the past few weeks. With wide receiver Victor Cruz coming out to surprise everyone in league and dominate Eagles’ all-pro cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha in the teams’ week three matchup.

Cruz provided a much-needed boost to the receiving corps, an Manning was much appreciative of it.

The Seahawks finally saw some of the brilliance they expected when they signed wide receiver Sidney Rice last week. Rice has a history against the Giants, and has scored three times against the team during his career.

The odds makers have the New York Giants as a -11 point favorite with an over/under of 43.5.

Matt’s Prediction: Giants 28, Seahawks 14 – This Giants team is just far to talented for the Seahawks to beat. The Giants are used to beating this team, and it won’t stop on Sunday. Expect the Giants to run away with this one early, and never look back.
