NBA Preview: New York Knicks vs. Miami Heat

It’s a battle of the east coast tonight as the Miami Heat take on the New York Knicks. The Knicks who are first in the Atlantic division will take on the Heat who are also first in the southeast.

Any serious sports betting fan could have guessed at the beginning of the year that the Heat would have done well. But very few actually knew that they would become so dominant in the league. They lost after going 30 games without a loss against the Chicago Bulls, and now they are seeing their injury list grow. Both Dwayne Wade and LeBron James are listed as day-to-day as of today. It is clear that although they have won two in row, the Heat are starting to show signs of strain.

New York Knicks

The Knicks are probably the Heat’s biggest competition going into the playoffs. They are only one of three teams in the league to have actually won against the seemingly unstoppable Heat. They have had some ups and downs this season, but they should be able to regroup come tonight’s game. However, Tyson Chandler who is now out with an injury along with Kenyon Martin. They won their last game against the Boston Celtics and have won their last eight in a row.
